F5 Support Question

What should you do, if you opened an incident with F5 Support, and during the time you are waiting them to call, you find out about a new issue? Should you open a new incident with the discover or add the information on the existent ticket?

  • depends on many things.

     

    what is the priority? is it high then just call them and inform them if it is related.

     

    that is the second import thing, is it related or a new issue? if a new issue then open new ticket and perhaps reference to this.
