Dec 05, 2006F5 SSL VPN Agent on PDA
Im trying to connect a PDA device to a Firepass using F5 SSL VPN Agent that was installed when trying to connect using Network Acess via the Webpage.
The installation was successfully on Windows Mobile, but it always says logon invalid when trying to connect
Im not able to see a IP gived to the PDA device from the IP Pool of the Network Access, but i think it was supposed to.
Also i cannot see any logs, and dont know how to troubleshoot.
I want to be able to use my outlook from the PDA to connect to the internal exchange using the Firepass to establish a tunnel.
Any Ideas ?

I had a similar issue, then noticed that when I first hit the F5 icon on my PDA that a config screen came up asking for server, user, etc (note the server area). It had a bogus IP address in for my FirePass Server. Once I put the correct information in, it connected right up. - bluemadcow_1058

Hi all,
I have the same issue with my iPaq.
I put the right server name (tried with the FQDN and also with the IP), but I always get a logon failed.
Did someone solve the problem ?
Thanks in advance. - SECT_83021

Did someone solve the problem as above ?
Is there a solution using PDA --- F5 --- Exchange with synchronization[agenda & contacts]. I can't find in the admin_guide. Some has an idee ? - Andrey_Shigapo1Historic F5 AccountHi,
SSL VPN Agent should create these two log files
\Temp\f5SSLVPNlog.txt - agent log file
\Temp\comdriverlog.txt - driver log file
