F5 Remote Access Client - 'You do not have access to the Network Access Connections'
I'm trying to use the F5 BIG-IP Edge Remote Access Client for VPN access, but when I try to connect I get the Notification message:
You do not have access to the Network Access Connections.
Please contact your system administrator.
This appears as a 'Configuration Error' in the Notifications window.
I've tried installing the client on a Windows XP machine and a Windows 8 machine - both have exactly the same problem.
I've used the BIG-IP Edge Components Troubleshooting tool (f5wininfo.exe) and this shows a green tick for everything except FirePass Components/Terminal/utunres.dll - not found. I don't know if this has any relevance or, if it does, how to fix this.
The software was provided by the company I work for for remote access.
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Tim

best suggestion contact your companies IT department, they set you up with this, they should support it and do the basic trouble shooting with you.
