F5 recaptcha not function after upgrade from os v11.x to v13x

when F5 vm platform running os v11.x to enable recaptcha, recaptcha result was displayed not support and expired. After checked in forum, os should be upgraded to v13.x to be solved. Then upgraded os from v11.x to v13.x successful, but recaptcha result is nothing to be displayed and seem no captcha enable although recaptcha function is enabled. Please help ASAP
