F5 rebooting continuously-need help

We have powered up a Big-IP 2000 - 113 platform device in our DC. Assigned the management IP and route, licensed and provisioned it - assumed that we are good proceed further. But then, it started rebooting.. Its rebooting once in every 10 - 15 minutes. I have no clue why a box behaving so weird.

Most of the times, this logs were repeating..
