F5 problems with modification

Hi everyone,

 

I have little problems with F5. I have a logon page to modify.

 

I can modify all pages (css,.inc,...) except the logon.inc page

 

When I want to modifiy this page (logon.inc) I haven't the "Apply Access Policy" (at the the top left corner) button so i can't save my change.

 

It's the only page with which I haven't the "Apply Access Policy" button.

    Hello,

     

    First of you confirm that you click firt in save draft (in top right) then save on the front left?

     

    If yes and if you have a HA peer (cluser) you can switch on the other member and restart apmd on the device 1 from cli (I already had this part that also posed me problems).

     

    bigstart restart apmd (impact on your APM)

     

    and

     

    bigstart restart tomcat (no impact, just restarting our GUI interface)

     

    it will resolve your problem
