F5 Portal Access not working for http application

Hi Team,

I am trying to test portal access configuration for http based application.

I have mapped below to the VS:

Connectivity Profile

Rewrite profile

Access Policy

Access Policy has portal access and webtop assigned as advanced resource.

I am successfully able to get to the landing page but when i click on the resource nothing opens up for me . 

I am testing this on BIG-IP 13.1.1 Trial Edition.

I have tried configuring the Portal resource with the actual server, VS on the F5 itself but no luck.

Tried enabling Java Patching as well but still same.

Tried it using IE, Firefox and Chrome. Same results. Even added the server IP in allow pop-up blocking settings on the browser.

Any hints on what might be the issue here ?
