F5 Not Synching after HA configuration

Hi,

We currently have an F5 that was configured for sync-failover high availability. One device shows active and the other shows pending. When i go to device and overview and sync device a to group, it spins as if it is syncing and then shows awaiting initial sync with changes pending. I have tried to sync multiple times and still get the same message, is there something I'm missing?
