F5 not getting authenticated with Secondary AAA (TACACS Server)

Hi

 

We have 2 servers configured for authentication via TACACS. My Primary server is down and the device doesn't let me login via Secondary ACS.

 

Though ACS says that the authentication is successful. Seems it has to do something with server retires and retransmit timers.

 

Pls suggest how can we tweak those
