I am trying to access my VPN site with my new windows 10 surface 3. The plugin needed is not allowed on chrome and I have tried all solutions/browsers I could. Can you help with access to the VPN. ...

Hi Seth, I am not the admin. I am not sure what version of Big IP I am using as I have tried to find that info and cannot. I am happy to upgrade please tell me how. I have tried this on explorer that came with windows 10, chrome, and Firefox. Based on the link you sent will on upgrade work or do I have to wait until version 12? Thanks for your help. Please continue to help me work through this. Matt
