Automatic clear cache is possible on f5 LTM ? one of the application team requires for the application based. i searched in the f5 site ,couldn't found .i found only manual process . Manually command CLI command : Tmsh delete /ltm profile ramcache profilename host vip uri /static

Automatic clear cache is not possible till vip up.. manual command is only option.

You can create a shell script along with cron job to run above command every one day or based on your requirement.
