But 172.28.7.101 is the F5 internal N/W segment ip address. we are mapping this ip to selected pool members(virtual server). whether this is correct.

Virtual server IP is 172.28.7.101

pool menbers NW are 172.28.3.0, 172.28.4.0, 172.28.5.0

Also the servers will communicate in both http and https. so whether we need to create two virtual servers. one virtual server for http and other for virtual server https.

You need to create two one is for http and other one is for https.
If you are redirecting traffic from http to https. Assign default http_to_https iRule to http virtual server and assign pool to https virtual server.
