Thank you Youssef for the reply to my query. Regarding this statement "if your pool memeber is set to all service, ths port translation can't be done?. In my case, Client side request will always be http/https and behind the F5, it can be 8080 and 9080; will the port translation happen from https/http to 8080 or 9080 if I uncheck "Port Translation"
