AltocumulusF5 LTM Cirtix applications
I have set up a virtual server to load balance across 2 servers using HTTPS. This displays the citrix logon screen, the user can log in and is presented with their Citrix applications but they will not launch.
However, it works when the IP of the virtual server is used https://10.10.10.10/Citrix/XenApp/auth/login.aspx
But does not work when we use the name resolving to the IP of the virtual server https://something.net/Citrix/XenApp/auth/login.aspx
Has anyone come across this before?

I apologize that this is not a direct answer to your question, but I would start by ensuring you followed the deployment guide here: http://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/citrix-vdi-iapp-dg.pdf
If you have failed to follow the deployment guide you will likely have many issues.

Can only second Chris on this, follow the guide.
in general issues like that can come from Citrix not being configured to listen for something.net, a certificate issue for something.net or a DNS issue with something.net
