F5 LTM - Restoring UCS file from 3600 series to 3900 series running same version

Hello All:

How would I restore UCS file that is taken from 3600 series BigIP F5 and being imported on 3900 series BigIP F5. Both F5s are running 11.3. I tried importing the configuration file from 3600 series to 3900 series, but it ran into issues even after skipping the Hardware Check on 3900 series.

How can I import configuration without the license information / hardware information in the ucs file to 3600 series from 3900.
