F5 LTM - Curious ICMP drops

Hi

One of our network engineers noticed the following ICMP packet drops when pinging our F5 from a Cisco firewall. There is a switch in between the firewall and the F5.

I have anonymised the data below, but 'host' is the firewall, and xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/yyy/zzz are RIPE addresses assigned to Virtual IPs on the F5.

It appears that every 250th ping is unsuccessful and I'm struggling to think why this may be. Any ideas?
