#F5 Licence installation error

Hello

 

I requested a registration key from F5 as a trial licence But after installation it says

 

I am using BIGIP-12.0.0.0.0.606 in Vmware Can anybody explain me why or suggest posiible solutions please?

    Nope....when I pasted the generated long hex key in that site...it says invalid license

    It's probably some issue with the license you received.

    Try this method. On the big-ip CLI, type:

    bash
get_dossier -b 
ex: get_dossier -b ABCDE-ABCDE-ABCDE-ABCDE-ABCDEFG

    Copy the entire dossier and paste it on .

    If the problem persists, maybe there's a issue with the key itself (typo maybe?).

    Hi,

     

    In this case i advise you to send an email to support with serial (you can obtain the sn here: System ›› Configuration : Device : General).

     

    You can too send an email at SupportOne@ with all information with

     

    • registration key.
    • serial number.

    It will be a "service contract" problem... you can contact your account manager too...
