F5 LB , Virtual Server, " Packet rejected , proto ICMP: Port closed"

Hi My virtual server was not working after configuration , later found the below message in the ltm log.

Apr 13 11:31:46 local/tmm1 notice tmm1[5137]: 01200004:5: Packet rejected remote IP 136.xx5.1xx.xxx port 0 local IP 10.xx.1xx.xx port 3 proto ICMP: Port closed.

can anyone please help me to resolved this issue. I am not sure which port is closed.
