F5 LACP

We have a HA Trunk connected between two f5 r5000's  However only one of the links comes up, the other never negotiates F5-1 F5-2 Is this normal behivour, they are directly connecte...

With this being an issue with a bug, would you please add the specific bug in an update (if not the one provided by Nikoolay11)  and mark as solved for future community members who may run into the same issue to be able to quickly reference.
