F5.IsHandler.dll help

Is anyone using the F5.IsHandler.dll module on IIS7/7.5 boxes to use the WMI monitor? We are unable to get this working in Windows 2008 R2 using IIS 7.5.. Would love some pointers.

No, I am referring to F5.IsHandler.dll. This is the library that F5 provides for WMI monitoring for Dynamic Load Balancing.
