F5 http file download failover?

HI All     We have two F5 4200v run on HA soltuion(Active - Passive)   I want to ask if user download lager file via http. Then shutdown Active F5.   This download can be resume?   ...

The download should break normally, but in cases where we have options like pausing and resuming downloads it may continue
