F5 HA configuration when useing route domain
If you already have HA configured without route domains then the only thing you have to do is make sure the new route domain information is configured on both devices so that they are the same essentially. You don't really have to do anything different when you have multiple route domains configured that isn't the same for a single route domain. The only difference is config sync, mirroring, and HB all need to only be in route domain 0.

I'm not aware of any HA configuration document for route domains. I do know by using the device configured in HA with route domains that is definitely needs to be route domain 0.
