F5 DNS - When at least 1 service in a DataCenter is down, is it possible to move all DNS responses to another Data Center?

I have 2 F5 BIG-IP DNS deployed in 2 geographically separated Data Centers. The current solution is configured to always respond with the IPs hosted in the first DataCenter for all services regardles...

    I think you can select all the wideips needed to make a "Distributed Application" with the datacenter dependency level setting.
