Dears,   I  still new in the F5 distributed cloud and I tried to create an account to the portal to check the services and the application but I can't , so how can I begin and create an account...

Looks like there is an issue with the page.  I get an error trying to log in with Google account.  You   may be able to reach out to Support@cloud.f5.com and see if they can assist.
