If you got this certificate from CA, try opening it and see if it has the subject alternatives defined in it.
It has defined those:
Common Name: *.example.com Subject Alternative Names: *.example.com, example.com- JG
Cumulonimbus
Please check your certificate and show the output of the following:
tmsh list sys crypto cert name_of_your_certificate.

Satish,
Kindly follow steps below to first verify if certificate is fine.
Right click certificate and open with notepad -- you'll see Begin Certificate and end. Copy the content and past it to make https://www.sslshopper.com/certificate-key-matcher.html. if key and certificate matches. Certificate is fine and login to f5 --System ›› File Management SSL Certificate List >> Import SSL Certificates and Keys >> (if it pem or pkc format-kindly enter correct password)
Let me know if you still have issue. if any error do share.
