F5 configuration to Oracle Primary Standbay databases

Hello all, I am new to F5 configuration. At my work place we have a primary-standby oracle databases, and we are trying to configure F5 to route all the application/database traffic to a primary server in case of any disaster. Here is the document that I am using to configure ";. I am not getting the response back from Oracle database. Any help is appreciated. Please let me know if you need any information to help me with this.

    I would need to see your configuration that you have set up for your Virtual Server. Do you have SNAT enabled? Do you have a default route setup? Need more info to diagnose this issue.
