F5 client problems?

Hi All,

 

 

Does anyone else have reported problems from users who get random connection drops while using the f5 client? But not when using IE.

 

 

Please reply with your problems if you've had any. Or tips to make it better :D

    Does the logon session drop, or just e.g. a Network Access tunnel?

    Both issues exist.

     

     

    We have a setting that allows the tunnel to reconnect without requiring a login. Some people get dropped and are able to reconnect automatically. However others have to login again.

     

     

    It is not a timeout issue either.
