What version of TMOS are you running?

    Have you upgraded to 11.4.1 HF3? That is the right version to be using with Receiver 4.1. Also probably worth opening a support case if you are completely stuck getting things to work. Did you read the associated deployment guide?

    I have read the deployment guide. Now I can connect Receiver 4.1 using webtop. With this configuration I can't use Storefront service (favourite applications). My version is 11.4.1 HF2, but I have just installed HF3. Tonighit I'll reboot the machine. Is this the solution of my issue in your experience/opinion?
