F5 can't send email alert

I have problem about F5 send email alert. I have set F5 to send email alert and it is work.

 

Until I use command vi to remove sharp symbol in line FromLineOverride=YES (from FromLineOverride=YES to FromLineOverride=YES) it can’t send email alert.

 

When I add sharp symbol back it still can’t send email alert.

 

I have test send email follow sol13180 it’s work.

 

I have tcpdump on F5 for see traffic of sending email by filter host mail server when pool up or down I not found traffic but when I test send email I found traffic.

 

I use F5 BIGIP LTM v.11.4.1 HF7.

 

Can you suggest me about this case and how I check or fix it?
