F5 Can distinguish connection limit reset packet from Typical reset packet?

Hi guys

I need your help!

 

F5 Can distinguish connection limit reset packet from Typical reset packet? 

we redirect to fallback host when server have maximum session [server configured session limit]

So, can I redirect to fallback host when server have maximum session ?
