F5 Caching
Content Caching is used to reduce WebServer workload rather than bandwidth consumption. Unless you segregate cached content to a separate site, this will not win you anything in terms of bandwidth usage.
If the reduction of bandwidth usage is your main goal, look into BigIP compression features. On the application side, try to reduce the size and quality of images whenever possible. However, most notably, you should consider external CDN services.
Internally hosted BigIP content cache is still useful if you aim to improve your web page loading times.
