Hi,   For example I have deployed F5 Ltm vm appliances on vmware locally and amazon ec2 instances as f5 ltms adc. I have also install F5 bigiq on vmware at local. Can this bigiq manage also amazon...

First I've heard of that, and is not my experience, but that would be a question relatively easily validated by just trying it. Ask your SE or sales person for an eval license (you might even be able to get one via the web site).
