NimbostratusBigIQ is, from my understanding, agnostic to the location of your BigIPs. You just need connectivity. What value it provides, at this point, I a bit dubious. It's a few modules shy of useful, in my opinion. Right now, I believe, it supports LTM, AFM and Device. They did just add RBAC to it though, which is positive.
