The server IP address in the connectivity profile is your VS IP address (or public IP address if you are NATing this first) You shouldn't need to do much to the default settings in the connectivity profile, just specify the server IP as mentioned above, then when you connect it will initiate the policy that is applied to the VS and ask for credentials if you have this set up.
