    Hello, the answer is yes it does. Typically deployments with multiple VIP's can be done in 2 ways. One is to use 0.0.0.0 as the IP and use unique ports for unique VIP's(apps), this is typical in a single nic(shared data-plane and mgmt.) environment. The second way is in a more traditional manner in that you could deploy a 3 nic BIG-IP into Azure and configure the 'external' nic with multiple Azure Ipconfig objects with a public IP and corresponding private IP's, then each VIP would get a specific IP/Port combination based on those Ipconfig objects.
