I had the same "emerg logger: Re-starting chmand" shown above. This was resolved after I updated to 12.1.2. My issue now is that I'm getting a license activation key error
Error 51133, F5 registration key is not compatible with the detected platform - This platform, "Z100k", cannot be activated with this registration key
I received a temp key and it says the VE edition is supported, as follows
