F5 BIG IP LTM 3600 booting that it's only show option menu on LCD

I have a BIG IP LTM 3600. Two day ago its worked fine. But today it cannot booting to work. I tried restart few time but don't work. On LCD it's only show option menu. Please help me?

    if you connect to serial console, does it shows any error? In what status is it? INOPERATIVE?

    could you show me how serial console cable is that connecting F5. I only have DB9-RJ45 cisco. Can i connect F5 by DB9-RJ45?

    i have connected F5 by serial. It's booting that: System is booting, please wait... Press Ctrl-c to stop autoboot: 0 ? kernel.core_uses_pid = 0 kernel.core_pattern = /var/core/%e.sccp.core Host Console Shell --- Press ( for command menu. and don't show anything. anyone help me please..

    Hi luanitx,

     

    I prefer you open a case if you have a valid support contract, I believe you may have to launch the Device RMA for box replacement.
