F5 Big IP 2200S, issue with software upgrade v. 11.6

We are trying to update our Big IP 2200s appliances from 11.4 to 11.6. We have successfully copied the iso to the correct directory, but when we run the tmsh command, it doesn't see the iso. Any idea...
