F5 Azure Multiple VIPS and same port 443

I have set up single NIC F5 in Azure. I have create two VIPS, V1 And V2. I want to Load traffic for both on 443 traffic on to Node [N1,N11] or [N2 and N21]. The VIP IP address destination is the F5 private IP address. If i want to create more VIP , at the same port, how does the F5 Know to send traffic V1 or V2. Should I add many Nics to F5 images , what is the best way to do. Any pointer is appreciated. I can go with multi Nics in F5, but still how can i assign public IP to the VIP for my website.
