F5 ASM - transparent mode deployment

Hi All,

quick question on F5 ASM deployment in transparent mode. I have read different documents and understood that ASM doesn't block any traffic when its in 'Transparent Mode', however one of my colleagues told that he had seen some issues when he tried transparent mode deployment earlier. I would like to know if there is any such blocking / issues that occurs in application access when ASM is in transparent mode.

Please let me know the best practices of deploying ASM with DOS profiles for the applications.
