F5 APM VMWare View Issue with HTML5 browser access

We have F5 LTM v13.1 and APM and are using APM for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) via HID TOTP to get to VMWare View (v7.4) connection servers. We are using the VMWare View iApp template v1.5.3 to create the access policy. The policy works fine for users using VMWare View client software but it is failing for us when we are trying to connect via browsers (HTML5). The users pass the MFA in the policy and it basically just sends the user directly to a pool of VMWare View connection servers. Users are getting “Failed to connect to Connection Server” in the browser. The user never gets the login page on the connection server. We have set our Connection Servers up following the instructions in the deployment guide https://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/vmware-horizon-view-dg.pdf and verified all firewall rules are working. Also we tested removing the APM policy from the Virtual Server and sending the user directly to the connection server is working and user gets login page. We are looking for suggestions and guidance in getting this working.
