F5 APM Scan plugin issue

Hello, Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit) I am facing issue with APM in chrome I am not able to run plugin correctly when I install it manually it gives

F5 Networks Plugin Host

This extension is not listed in the Chrome Web Store and may have been added without your knowledge. Not from Chrome Web Store.
