F5 APM Antivirus check using Software Check | Failed to get 'last_scan"

IN APM we try verify antivirus using Software Check on VPE. We got a below error

 

Failed to get 'last_scan'. code: -1 (General error) mId: 12 iId: 9 Failed to get 'db_signature'. code: -30 (Not supported) mId: 2 iId: 9

 

Pls Guide us.

    Can you provide some additional details regarding the configuration? What Anti-Virus product are you trying to check the DAT file on? What version of TMOS, OS, etc.

    Hello,

     

    Just run a full scan virus search from windows -> scan options, and this error dissapear
