To make changes on a virtual server, your role should be one of the following:
Manager
Resource Administrator
Administrator
Are you are trying to modify an existing one, if yes then what parameter of it?, OR are you trying to create a new one? - Lazar_92526

There are a few roles that may be appropriate, best to figure out which best suits your needs and request the appropriate level.
Application Editor: Grants users permission to modify existing nodes, pools, pool members, and monitors.
Manager: Grants users permission to create, modify, and delete virtual servers, pools, pool members, nodes, custom profiles, custom monitors, and iRules.
Resource Administrator: Grants users complete access to all objects on the system, except user account objects. These users can perform configuration synchronization on a redundant system.
