MVPhave you checked the SOL that is linked in the iHealth: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/15000/000/sol15010.html
that clearly points to a known issue and next to a restart to fix it quickly an upgrade wouldn't hurt.
as for upgrade advise, just do a search on dev central, asked many times before.
