Has anyone been able to get "reset RSA PIN" working within a View client connection request via F5 APM within the proxy client connection? During our latest build 11.5.1 it was unsupported we were told.
Scenario - user is at home. Forgets RSA PIN and calls helpdesk asking for the PIN to be reset. RSA sets a "temp" PIN that requires the user to reset it on first logon via "temp" PIN. the APM craps out at that point.
