Extracting Transaction capture configured using Analytics profile

Hi All,

 

Is there a way to extract internal transaction capture of application traffic configured using an analytics profile? I need to export the logs from the CLI. I'm aware of external logging, that seems not be working in the environment i'm working on at the moment.
