External Monitor to test Exchange Services

I would like help creating an external monitor to test OWA functionality on Exchange 2007 CAS servers. Support is telling me that I cannot use a send string to log into OWA to test. Below is the send string for the Citrix Web Logon Health Monitor and I cannot beleive that there is not a similar solution for Exchange.
