external domain name health check

Accessing a domain name from an external wechat from an internal pc returns a record that is sometimes inaccessible. Hope to make use of f5 for him to return a record of health checks, to ensure the availability of wechat page.

    Is the DNS resolver IP for the External FQDN, the same as the Internal DNS resolver? If the DNS resolver IPs are different, the resolution of the FQDN can be different, if two different DNS servers have a different IP for the A record, or the resolution will fail, because the Internal DNS resolver does not have the FQDN record.

     

    -What options for a monitor are available for the webchat application? Can the webchat monitor use a different type of monitor than DNS?
