CumulonimbusImporting and exporting certificates via the Configuration Utility are indeed supported.
Please see K14620: Managing SSL certificates for BIG-IP systems using the Configuration utility and K15462: Managing SSL certificates for BIG-IP systems using the tmsh utility. You can also do this using the REST api.
